We are thrilled to announce the full release of Teamstudio Export 5.0, our largest feature update to date! After extensive testing and invaluable feedback during our previously announced Beta Phase, this new version introduces exciting features that make exporting data from HCL / Lotus Notes applications even easier. Best of all, this update is completely free for existing Export customers.
What's New?
This major update introduces a variety of enhancements, including some of our most highly requested features:
Export to SharePoint Lists
With this release, you can now export your Lotus Notes application data into SharePoint lists. This feature makes it simple to migrate data or share information with colleagues via SharePoint and Power Platform as a whole, bringing more collaboration and integration possibilities.
Create targeted data sets based on selection formula, views or full-text searches. Customize and preview any fields from your Notes application to include within your data selection.
CSV File Export
In addition to SharePoint lists, this version supports exporting data into CSV files. CSV files are perfect for those who need a portable, flexible format, whether for further processing in Excel or integration with other systems.
Exporting Attachments
Export 5.0 includes the capability to export attachments, OLE Objects and embedded images along with your application data.
Selected attachments will be extracted from your data set into a target folder and grouped by parent Note ID.
Anything Else?
Yes!
PDF/HTML Archive linking. Provide users the ability to directly reference source data from the exported data sets.
Data set selection options: Base your selections on selection formulas, views from the original database, or use enhanced full-text search options using the newly added Lucene library.
Support for cross-database @DbLookups and additional support for further OLE types.

Accessing the New Version
The latest version of Teamstudio Export is available now to all customers and those interested in evaluating our product. You can download the new release from our download page. Remember, if you hold a valid license, you are eligible to upgrade to the newest version of Export, ensuring you always have access to our most advanced features and improvements.

How to Install or Upgrade
Upgrading to the latest version of Teamstudio Export is a breeze. To update, simply uninstall your current version of Export and install version 5.0, which will automatically retain your settings. For those new to our tool, our comprehensive installation guides are readily available to help you get started smoothly.
For users upgrading, rest assured that your XML archives need no modifications. Simply perform a new export to HTML or PDF to access all the enhancements in v5.0.
