We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Technical Support Professional who is passionate about delivering world-class technical support to our customers, diagnosing problems and proposing solutions to our prospects, creating technical marketing content and helping to steer future product enhancements by providing customer feedback to the leadership team.

The Company

Teamstudio makes software products for organizations with customized HCL Notes and Domino applications that help them implement best practices, work more efficiently, and prepare for the future. Whether our customers are working with HCL Notes and Domino or moving away from it, our trusted tools provide a more productive and enjoyable experience. We are an HCL Business Partner and a privately held, international company headquartered in the United States with subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Japan.

Despite our global footprint, we are a very small and tight knit team. Our headquarters is in Beverly, Massachusetts. We also have regional offices in Tokyo, Japan and in the United Kingdom. The Position

The person in this role must understand the HCL Notes and Domino platform well enough to be able to diagnose customer problems and suggest the appropriate Teamstudio solutions. This person is a key member of the team and provides both pre and post sales support. They also need to act as a product evangelist, creating technical marketing content and participating in sales meetings and demos.

To be successful in our small team, you will need to be self motivated, self managing and willing to learn on your own. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Experience of building Notes/Domino applications is important, experience of using our tools would be a bonus. We offer flexible work hours and location, and competitive compensation and benefits.

The Location

We are a fully virtual company and attendance at our offices is not required. You must be able and willing to work from home, as we all do. We are looking for someone who is based in the United States, but proximity to our office in Beverly, Massachusetts is not required.
