Teamstudio Welcomes Brian Arnold as Technical Director

We’re excited to announce that Brian Arnold is the newest member of our team! Brian brings vast IBM Notes and Domino development experience and technical education to this role.

Brian lives about an hour north of Toronto, Canada. In his free time, he is an avid concertgoer and motorcyclist and enjoys escaping to nature with his family on their off-the-grid 10-acre property.

Brian’s first foray in IBM Notes was in 1994. He built a Support Desk system in Notes V3.36 for the largest photofinisher in Canada that interfaced with their AS/400 mainframe system. In 1996, he joined a company called United System Solutions (USS) as their first product engineer for IBM Notes based applications. There, he built repeatable product offerings such as a Support Desk application, Business Continuity Planning application, and a full-featured CRM application.

He started Interchange Solutions in 2001 where he continued the development of the CRM offering and other offerings for IBM Notes, web browsers, and mobile devices. Most recently, Brian worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Beachside LLC, a software development, support, and private cloud hosting company specializing in Salesforce and IBM Notes and Domino.

He has previously worked closely with Teamstudio’s Senior Software Engineer Matt Vargish and CTO Mark Dixon on projects related to the Unplugged application. Brian has used Teamstudio’s tools since 1998. He has multiple IBM Lotus certifications that cover not only Application Development but also Server Administration and Lotus Instructor.

As Technical Director, Brian is enthusiastic about providing world-class technical support to Teamstudio’s prospects and customers and steering future product enhancements and creation through R&D. We’re thrilled to have Brian with us and are looking forward to working with him.
